Gift BB is limited only to an enterprise email account.

A colleague in South Africa gave me a used business Blackberry Torch for Mrs Gti. She wants to be able to receive BT or Yahoo emails on it but it is limited to an "enterprise account" only. What is this? How can she get around it?

You need to get a tariff with the Blackberry service enabled on it.

OK, her new tariff with Vodafone has BB enabled but how does she set it up on the actual BB?

In that case if you goto setup -> email setup you should have the choice of more than just the enterprise email setup if you dont then it could be that it hasnt registered onto the Blackberry service properly.

Unfortunatly I dumped my Blackberrys for Android a couple of weeks ago so I dont have one here and I cant remember the menus but have a look here -> CLICK ME and see it that works for you.
