My Bullitt for comparison. Looks like it attaches to the rear axle on both sides:

So it wouldn't attach to my Bullitt as the pannier rack is in the way, nor would it attach to my Hase Pino eTandem (my only electric bike) with Rohloff gear hub.
£180 though - very cheap. Maybe some of its utility is lessened because it's not a flatbed. It does have brakes and quite a few rear lights that appear to be powered by a cable. I'm not sure how they both hook up to the bike up front. It must be very heavy. I haven't had a chance to speak to the people selling it, I might suggest they up the price a bit and try advertising it to people in London.

Very interesting. Looks like maybe it would attach to a Bob hitch? I love that it has brakes, but don't see how they are operated.

The brakes could be attached to the front using a BMX gyro splitter. Two cables going rearward from the one brake lever. With a similar arrangement in place on the trailer, the cable split, again to operate both trailer brakes.

The connection for the lights may be for a rechargeable battery pack, capable of powering all the rear lights you mention.
The battery may even be carried on the trailer.
