I hope there's a spot of rain/wind to make sure Hoole gets the win, but nothing too serious, and the same for all GC riders.

For the most part, whoever wins a TT from the lower regions of the domestiques, is irrelevant unless you have an Affini-ty to one of them.
At least this one will jiggle the GC around a bit.
