Not watched it.

So, it did end in another sprint. A long one, too, up a 10% gradient.
Trek will have to get him to change his name to Mads Pogacar, at this rate.

Sounds like Yates is working for Roglic. 😂
Smart move by Roglic. Let UAD do all the work while his team hides/recovers.

Perhaps the twins have spoken previously but i've never heard them describe what is going between them in a race ?
I'd give Simon Yates a potential top 5. His form isn't what is was when he won the Vuelta or Giro stages back in 2018.

Pidcock is having a terrible Giro, he's nowhere near the front at finishes.

Not sure what that has to do with my point about Roglic following other teams, but yeah.

Pidcock is fading too

Mads wow ! Class win that, fourth of the Giro !

Del Toro looks class through...gifted the bonus seconds to Ayuso earlier on and still looked good to come in third.Looks at ease on the bike.
Shaping up for a great final week.

So, today is another sprint stage, albeit ending in a different country.
Tomorrow?
The parcour once again, doesn’t look great. The riders are working wonders with what they have been given.

A lot of emphasis is being placed on the last week, but so far this has been a damp squib of a Giro, apart from the Siena stage

The Giro is always pretty back-weighted though, isn't it? The idea is to keep the GC tight as long as possible, but it doesn't really add to any suspense because there's no actual GC action.

Mind you, as a fan of the Purple Menace that is Mads P, I'm quite enjoying it ^_^

The internet in my hotel is struggling to cope, given there has been 3 weeks of unsettled weather, so usage is up. I can’t use PCS at all as a result.

I know next Tuesday is a multi-mountain stage, because it’s the day that I am travelling. (Just great)
Am I right in saying that there are 2 sprint stages and is it 3 or 4 mountain stages in the last week?

I reckon it's been ok so far....yea they could of thrown a mountain stage finish in the first two weeks but overall it's still pretty open.
One of those big mountain stages on the third week is enough to throw this race wide open again...plenty of riders still must fancy their chances ?
I'm not having it that Rogla is done for....he's biding his time.
