You all have such fantastic recall of that Froome attack. I can remember some things about it for sure - but what detail can I recall? I can remember that I was renewing my car insurance that day and I was on the phone to the insurers about something or other while it was happening. And that it was when the giant inhaler made an appearance. Something wrong with my brain,

Both stages are considerable up hill challenges and not just the final Climb.. I doubt a intact GC group will be together at the final climb either day

Yah, my original point was that long climbs seem to be where Del Toro possibly has a weakness. Whilst there's a slight descent at the end of Friday and the final climb on Saturday isn't long, on both stages there isn't really much chance for anyone to get back if they get dropped on the big climbs. Yesterday he struggled on the Mortirolo but the attacks started too late and there was a log distance for him to recover.
