girona over xmas

Im thinking of doing a xmas cycling trip. Is this time of year generally dry? or would mallorca be a safer bet?

or should i just accept its winter and dry riding isn't an option..

I was hoping to go Lanzarote but prices sky high so have plumped for Malaga. Nice roads and temp hopefully be high teens. Will be dryer than girona probably
