Well the booze anyway
I have never been a "drinker" but i enjoyed the odd pint now and again and since x mas i have found i just get bad gas for a day or two after so by bye bye booze .

My dad was the same , seems like it just caught up with me later in life.

Ah well, maybe for the best. I recently decided I was drinking too much, so I haven't had anything this year and overall feel better for it. It would be nice if I could do moderation, but 63 years have shown me that in general I can't.

I feel a lot better since I gave up the booze. Usually a HUGE amount better around the same time each evening. That heroin, it's really more-ish, isn't it?
