I stopped using Gmail for anything important many years ago, when an email from my accountant was accompanied by and ad about IR35. But then I have my own (virtual) server.

I doubt it. It's on a data farm somewhere in Arizona

Though now I am imagining the data centre is a Homebase garden shed full of altoids tins and powered by a car battery

One of my managers was, to our puzzlement, looking for a hatch in the ceiling to locate our menu screen's raspberry...
We are a catering company
