Going to be a cold ride home

-2C when I set off this morning at 8:10am. Very nippy, but little wind.

The buff was definitely required this morning!

when I got to work this morning, my hand showed 12.3°C (after a 2 minutes delay from getting indoor).
I have apir of silk inner gloves and a pair of waterproof / wind proof thinsulate gloves on already.

I dont know what I can do with my hands

Side roads were dicey - walked to main road, put overshoes on and off I set.

Took it easy though. Thermal windproof came out today...hmmm toasty....

Pretty dry fortunately, as the council hadn't gritted any roads on my way in....despite the forecast.

No sign of gritters here either,coldest day I have ridden in that one,took it easy this morning but was fine coming home,definately need a few extra layers now
