Going to the Loire Valley in June? On Monday 10 June our club group has a coach and purpose-built bike trailer (fully-fitted, covered in and secure) leaving from Calais at 0830 and travelling to south of Tours in the Loire Valley.

We have up to 7 spare places for passengers with a bike (or tandem, or trike) - to go either all the way to near Loches - or drop off at Rouen, Chartres, Tours or on that general route.

We've hired the whole outfit for 13 of us and are offering seats at a contribution cost of £35 per person (that's a lot less than we're paying each) - same cost wherever you get off.

It'll be a simple and comfortable way to get you and your bike to some great cycle touring areas, without the hassle of trains or planes. It's only one-way ... we're cycling to Paris and then home on the Eurostar.

Sorry for the non PM but I am new on here and I am unsure of what to do. I have been looking into doing L2P this year or Bournemouth to Paris to be more accurate, however I just really want to do a tour for a week in France so I am flexible. I am interested in your offer and would like to find out more. Could you perhaps PM me that way I can respond.

Hi Rob Sorry for not getting back sooner. Unfortunately i had a pretty bad fall off the bike a while back and smashed my shoulder up. I have had an operation on the shoulder that included 8 pins and 2 plates to fix it. I am currently undergoing physio and am doubtful that i will be fit to join you in June. I hope you get the places filled as it is a bargain of a price and a great chance for some fantastic riding.
