I have a friend who is vegetarian and I quite enjoy the challenge of cooking for her when she visits. So much so that out of my many cookery books a good 65% are veggie cookbooks.

I was vegetarian for a few years but one night, drunk, the lure of a large Kiofte Kebab proved too much.
In my defence I was walking past the 'Picnic Kebab' on Evington Rd (owned by Greek Cypriots and the best in Leicester) at the time.

Do. It's a really tasty pie and has been well received by carnivores, omnivores and vegetarians.
A tiny tweak. Forget the flaked chillis and add a finely chopped fresh chilli plus an ample sprinkling (level tsp) of freshly ground black pepper to the potato mix.

The Almighty gave me a set of teeth that includes canines. I believe they were designed for ripping meat. According to Google, as a carnivore, I'm in the excellent company of " dogs, cats, bears, seals, and weasels". This is entirely splendid.
