I know they can be quite oversubscribed so I wouldn't leave it too long. It's worth it for 'bra and beer night' alone

As someone who has spent more time with me than almost any other on the forum, I'd have thought that you, above any other, would have realised that a thread by me titled "Good Cadence" in the Café section would have been about anything other than leg speed?

Stuff just gets even more expensive as they get older, i stocked up on bits over the last year while Mr CK is still gettting maternity pay ,got enough clothes,tyres, brake pads and inner tubes to last about 5 years and cassette and chains for 2 .
