Good to be back!!

After a knee op in September, I was finally back on the commuting wagon yesterday. (the first time back on a bike for 4 months+) It was quite exhilertaing . 25 mile round trip yesterday, this mornin's commute in, felt a little tougher, legs were a bit heavy and the undercarraige a bit tender.

But, it beats the train, hands down!!

couple of twinges, but holding up :-) Thanks for asking.

Going to take a days rest tomorrow, back to the dreaded train, but need to ease myself in I think
