If he is indeed a bike thief then he certainly deserves it!

I think I'm gonna have to flag that. Theres no proof he stole anything in that vid, and most bike theives caught on CCTV here dont use helmets. :cold: They have their hoods up

On that analysis you need to report both videos as neither show any crime was committed. The first video just show some crazed cyclist throwing his bike at someone on a motorbike, nothing more.

Also whats going to look more believable when a passer by asks why you are cutting through a lock? Mr Man there with his cycle helmet on his arm cutting through a lock and explaining that he lost his keys. OR some chav in a hoodie giving attitude saying "it me mates init" when said passer by asks. I sure as hell know which would raise less suspicion with me and criminals aren't all stupid.

I think I did report the other too, but there are news reports webpages with it on too. Couldnt find anything on the bike thief last night (but tbh didnt really look for long)

With the tealeafs that have struck at our place the security guy told us they were in hoodies. Work colleage of mine confronted one a few weeks back when she saw him playing with someones lock. She said "That aint your bike" and he apparently replied "yeah.. so what?" She got the phone out and called out security and he sauntered off.

Three young lads appeared another week when I was there during the summer, all in hoodies and were trying out multiple locks. I walked up towards them and they looked at me and again just sauntered off.

I accept your point but here I havent noticed it.

Actually if you check out the channel the bike thief vid is on theres some other shocking stuff including what looks like a manslaughter in a shopping mall.
