Google, iplayer, Youtube - Down!

Router off and on again.

I find Plusnet's supplied hardware quite flaky, it can often just drop out momentarily or need a power down to get it connecting again.

I'm suspicious about the Smart TV causing conflicts but am not clued up enough to figure out what to do (I think I'll turn the router off and on again!)

First let me say that this is the third time I've turned the router off and on.

Secondly and lastly, to bring the matter to a close, it's now all working

That sorted out a Plusnet problem 2 days ago on my mother's router. There was some capability but not enough to load anything normal size. Unplugging for a wee while sorted it out.
