Google street view images

Is there any way I can save a Google Street view image into one of my galleries?

Press print screen, open Paint and hit paste.

I thought there was a button you could click that gave a URL for a particular view. That's what I did with this shot of us cycling in Denmark.

Alternatively, take a screenshot and save it on your hard disk.

On a Street View page there is an icon looking similar to a third of the Atomium in Brussels. Click it and you will see a URL for the view in Street View. See the screen shot below (obtained by pressing PrtScrn and then Ctrl+V, as @Coffeejo suggested above).

I know i'm not Cunobelin, but hey... is there a key on your keyboard labelled 'Print Screen' or 'PrtSc'? If so, get the shot you want on your monitor and press the 'Print Screen' or 'PrtSc' button (this will copy an image of the entire screen into your clipboard). Then, open Paint or Photoshop or Gimp or whatever image editor you use, and either right click and 'paste' or hit Ctrl + V to paste... crop the image accordingly, and save it. Once saved, you can do what you want with it, upload it to CC, print it on a towel, whatever.

Thank you, I have been Apple Mac for many years so was going to have to Google this

You can get a link, but I believe they expire

And recording the road doesn't work as they update the images regularly
