The new years resolution is to "Ride more, wuss out less"

So, I need a new jacket for cold/ cooler weather riding. The gore Fusion gets good reviews, and so it should at the price of nearly £200! But it does seem to be able to cope with a wider range than the stealth, and as I will be wearing it for 4 moths of the year it should last.

Anyone got a real world opinion of it?

No experience of the jacket in question but just how cold are we talking?

In the recent cold snap here, i was out in a soft shell windproof jacket, jersey and a base layer in approx minus commuting to work and it was fine. Couple of pedals to warm up but considering i was using a £30 Aldi jacket, i'd say you'd be nuts to spend £200 on something similar. ;)

There are a lot of nice jackets up to about £100 that would probably do the same sort of job. Are you set on something from Gore?

Is this the fusion one?

If you're looking to spend a bit of money, what about something from Castelli?
