Making someone else wealthy tends not to deliver the same benefits.

Are you self employed or run your own business? I can see a lot of benefits in having a job at times even after 40 years of working for myself which in reality is working for customers.

I've not had any experience of working for myself, so I understand what you are saying. However, things seemed to be really going well for the OP and it looked like growth was on the cards.

I guess I would ask the question, despite the benefits of full time work, do you still work for yourself?

I think you may have been pulled in by the OP, look at my questions early on and you will see I guessed it right. Yes I still work for myself and enjoy doing so, however that does not stop me seeing the benefits of employment, after all I did try it once many yaers ago. I liked the sick pay, holiday pay, regular hours, low stress levels, reasonable secure pay, only one boss ( us self employed can have lots of them, but we call them customers)
