GPS with voice instructions

Does anyone know of software that can give the above for my iphone?

I mtb and would love to be able to plot a route and then be able to type in a voice instruction (ie Turn left and climb that f****** big hill!!) when I reach that view point in my ear piece.

Any ideas please??

I would like one that would turn the bars to order as I am too deaf to hear the instructions

Garmin do some GPS for cycling not sure if they have voice directions

But then thats not your iphone is it. Trouble is the more powerful apps on the iphone eat more battery. So maybe a separate device is best.

GPS and voice instructions are perfect for trails that you have never riden before.

Maybe I need to write an app for the iphone.
