Grants for Cycle Racks?

Our office building (part of a managed office building) is basically full now summer is here (if you ignore the ridiculous man-trap/wheel destroyers, that aren't even bolted to the floor) and the building management are looking into new racks - I have suggested the double level high capacity stuff, or if the height in the carpark isn't there then sheffield stands (they have a few already, but not enough).

But I was wondering if there are any schemes that will give them a helping hand? We're based in central Bristol (supposedly a cycling city
