Gravel/ mtb or road racing pedals

I have the Shimano A600 SPDs on my road and gravel bikes; nice-looking, minimal, single-sided pedals that don't look out of place on a road bike IMO. Not sure of their status currently as nowhere seems to have stock, so they might be discontinued, but can still be had used on ebay for example

Don't know if your being serious or not, my Sidis were the exact same shoes as road Sides apart from 2 holes instead of three and some tread bits bolted on, which weighed grams.

Today's MTB shoes are made for all occasions, lightweight MTB race shoes are just as light as top quality road shoes. Never mind Shimano.
if you want your knees to last buy Time Atac and if you want light ones its carbon and Ti.
