Gravel tyre for my Roubaix?

I'll be needing something a bit more grippy than the road slicks I have now, about 28mm to 30mm.

What's good?

Gravel King SK. I have them on my Roubaix. Excellent on any surface. I have 32c on mine.

+1 for the Panaracers, I’ve the 35mm slicks and they cope with pretty rough gravel yet roll well tarmac. They come up pretty big though.

I alternate between Gravel Kings and Schwalbe G1s, both good on and off road, GK a shade better off, G1s a shade better on.

Schwalbe G1 All-round are a great compromise, not serious mud tyres by a long way but good on road and great on tracks and trails, still pretty fast. Had a set on my Cérvelo C3
