From the nation that voted Brian May as the greatest rock guitarist of all time? Whilst I don't necessarily subscribe to that and, as with all these things, it's a matter of personal choice I think there's a few missing. I give you:

Perm at least one from Queen: "Hammer to Fall"?
Also missing:
Derek and the Dominoes: "Layla"
ZZ Top: "La Grange"
The Animals: "House of the Rising Sun"
Bob Marley & The Wailers: "Stir It Up"

Agree with all those @kynikos except La Grange, and this always annoys me as they lifted it straight from John Lee Hooker's 'Boogie Chillun'. Now that IS a classic and one of the greatest.
