Green eyes and red hair

I have green eyes & my hair is red, but out a bottle red not ginger red!!

One of mum's oldest friends has red hair but only one green eye, the other one's brown!

My mum was a red head with green eyes. She was the only one out of 8 kids (irish family) to have red hair. My brother and i got the red hair from her, but not the green eyes (ours are blue).
