Been planning to get a Croix de Fer for a while, was originally going to go for last years frameset, but was too late. Then talking to LBS it seemed more sensible to start with a full bike and change a few components, but they only had a small cdf10, so decided to wait for 2016 bikes.
Got excited because this years CdF10 is a similar colour to last years frameset, so been waiting for them to come in stock...
Been in to LBS today, now planning a CdF20 and upgrading to a carbon fork and some more expensive wheels(I daren't say better wheels as I know what responses that will get...) They have a medium in store which seem a good comfy size but I'm planning to go back and try it properly sometime soon.

So, big remaining question, what colour!
Green (which I'm leaning towards, though it's what I saw in the flesh)

Planning to get carbon fork, so that would go black, and wheels might be something like Mavic Ksyrium Disc with mudguards.

Help me stop procrastinating....

Wouldn't really have considered the grey but chap at work jsut got one of these, and it looks quite nice in the bike shed.

I would go for green. Will look good with black fork I think.

It looks like green then.

I only said the other day that the CDF is a lovely bike. But not in White. I never knew they did it in green.

Heh, knew there would be some different opinions. Thanks all, nothing has put me off the green yet but I thought I'd made up my mind a couple of of times already. I know it's not the same, but it does remind me of British Racing Green (probably more so in the flesh than the pic above) which is what is swinging it for me at the moment.
Guy in the shop said he reckoned the green would go well with mud too ;)

They are both nice, but out of the 2, I think I prefer the green.
Steve makes a good point, When I saw these, I thought about the wild camping straight away because I intend to do some in the summer, my bike only cost £719 (bargain) so with the money I saved I might invest in some green felt tips.
