Been a long time lurker here, thought I’d better make the effort to sign up 
Been cycling now for nearly 20years. Started out MTB in the Lake District, Cumbria then slowly moved over to roadbiking around 10-15 years ago around the area I live, North Lancashire. As you can tell from my avatar I also try and do a bit of Time trial racing when I can.
