Living Legend & Old Fart
I had 10 years in Bangkok and spent the last year here in Korat. Visited Chiang Mai a few times - late wife`s father lives there - but I prefer Korat. Great for cycling, not too many farang here and possibly the best place for pies - old fashioned pork pies, steak & kidney, meat & potato, etc., good British sausages and bacon

I may well be coming down and doing a driving tour around Issan in December, I've visited Korat a couple of times before but have never seen the pies you mention. Any chance of a pointer in the right direction!

She did hers at the OU and is now looking around to do her masters before we head off somewhere. Good luck with yours.
