Hi all!

I am Ian from Newquay in Cornwall. I have been a cyclist for the past 60 years but not done much for the past 10 years due to health issues. Things have improved for me this year and I am so pleased to be riding again now. Ive had most kinds of bikes over the years and now own a 3 speed Pashley Guvnor which I absolutely love. Its hilly in this part of the world but with suitably lowered gearing thats not a problem!

Glad your back on the bike , I'm currently being an annoying tourist in Holywell Bay , been bringing my bike down for 10 years and I can confirm it's hilly round here .My bike does not have suitably low gears so If you see someone in a CycleChat jersey out of the saddle powering up another 10% incline say hi
