Got back in the saddle after being away for a good few years and doing nothing in-between, getting my new specialized secteur elite last year on the cycle to work scheme has started a new mad regime in me. Joined a cycle club, entered TT, done a 80mile sportive and away to enter an audux for the first time. Hope you can give me tips on various things as i have not a clue about much cycling nowadays as the equipment has changed so much in the last 20 years.
