Welcome. We are always willing to share our collective wisdom when asked for advice. Some may be wiser than others...

Does this only happen when cycling?
It could be hay fever - cycling does tend to ram pollen up your nose and down your throat and make your nose run worse than just walking
in my case my eyes also itch - badly!!
This.
Thank you for making me feel welcome!
Now this is likely not very high on your agenda but
Do you have a pesky runny nose? I do… whether I am cycling, skiing or running (although not doing much of the last 2 these days), and even when I am gardening!
I found that breathing through my mouth usually helps reducing the need to wipe my nose so often, but it is not always advisable, especially in the countryside, unless you are looking for more proteins to absorb during your exercise routine...
I found it such a nuisance that I am interested to know how you feel and what you do about it. I have also prepared this 2 min questionnaire which will tell me if I am part of many or just a few finding this rather irritating... .

Ok - try some hay fever tablets
which ones suit you seems to be a question of trial and error - sorry
But buy generics (boxed as loratidine, cetirizine etc), that have identical active ingredients as the brands (Claritin, Piriteze) ) but 1/5 the cost.
I don't think so as it happens in any weather conditions really but possibly more in cold conditions.
