Hi folks,

My riding is divided between Lincolnshire and Aberdeenshire ( No hills to nothing but hills) so quite varied.
I started riding as part of a weight loss plan and so far am 20kg down with another 10 to go and am happy with progress to date but almost inevitably as I get lighter ( and faster ) I want more so have joined up here for hints and tips regarding both bike fettling and training.
