Typical, joined this cycling forum yesterday and got banned from cycling for at least 1 or 2 weeks today.
Bruised foot combined with a broken toe leaves my bike standing lonely and stationary.

Oh well, i guess i'll have time than to snoop around this forum.

Having broken toes before, I know what it's like. In my case, when I broke toes, I was told 'no climbing for 6 weeks'

Must be looking more and more like an alien as i grow older...

Fell down the stairs and landing wasn't perfect. But he, i'm a cyclist not a pilot!
