Found this during some googling last night (I'd intended to look for tips on group riding following Walker and others' complaints about people not knowing the basics of it). I don't ride with other riders, but thought I should look it up in case of eventually joining a club, or trying a sportive...

It's quite US focussed (a lot of the parts where they refer to being on the left seem to make more sense to me read as "on the right") but pretty comprehensive.
