Without dance I am lost.

I could lend him a bike. He could then cycle to the map shop. If someone would show him the way.

BTW Noodley - there are some evenings when it is advisable to never turn the telly on. Saturday is far too dangerous. Sundays can be dangerous too.

I wonder what the viewing figures are for Saturdays? I look at the schedules and go back to the PC, book, music and wife. The last option is obviously a last resort.

I am still high on drugs and that wasn't even a humurous consideration!

Saturday Night is DVD's/games nights as you can rely on saturday night tv to make you self harm and thats about it.

I think I've managed to avoid Saturday telly for the whole of 2010, so far, maybe I'll manage the full year.

I can certainly beat that record. It has been years for me. I never had any withdrawal symptoms either unless you count happiness as one.

Hmmmm..... turned on the telly last night - rather later in the evening - to watch that screening of the HitchHikers Guide movie - you know, the American re-make not the British original. Wish I'd heeded all you good folks' advice... but you can't blame the TV company if it's a screening of a film I suppose. "Zee-Zee-nine-plural-Zee-alpha" I ask you ! Even Arthur has a touch of USA accent about him. Still I suppose mustn't grumble, we're talking a US film made for US market. The SFX are good.

I missed this.

Y'know what? I'm kind of glad I did.

I watched a few minutes then in utter despair watched the Wasps/Scarlets match on Sky plus. I think I made it to half time before I nodded off. I hate Saturday night telly.
