Ours still carry on the tradition of writing to the tooth fairy even after they don't believe in her any more... then you can get even more cruel in your correspondence.
I'm glad someone's as nasty as me.
The tooth fairy only left half the money for one of the teeth at my house - with a typed note saying why. "You only left me half a tooth, and I can't pay fairy money for the filling".
