guess my frame size

anybody make a guess based on the Raleigh badge and headset length...?..I'm 5'9'' [now]

i'm looking at Raleighs which look like my old 1958ish bike [above]

yet quoted frame size is 23-1/2'' ------- larger than i ride now [ 54cm 21-1/2'' traditional frame ]

My guess was 23". Back in the day we all rode frames that would now be considered too big, I'm 6' tall and I used to ride a 24". On a traditional frame now I'd probably be looking at a 22".

thanks............yes looking at the 1st pic it appears the saddle is the same height as the stem [which itself is low]
whereas now mine are 2-3'' higher
the standover on the eBay bike is 33'' - too much for me............
my Pugs are 31''
