Hadrians Cycleway - flood damage?

I'm running a group ride tomorrow night from Carlisle to Newcastle, and the eastern end uses NCN72. Given the recent flooding, does anyone know of any bits of the route that have been damaged or submerged?

No idea - but there is some significant damage to property at Newburn (just west of Newcastle) so it could be pretty dodgy round that area.

Just to report back, the route is all passable. The Scotswood bit is muddy but the mud is shallow enough for road tyres (my 25s got muddy but no slippage insued).

There's a flooded section near Newburn but the Sustrans rangers have hacked a route through the trees at the side. You have to walk that bit but its only 30 metres or so.
