In Aberdeen for a few weeks , so not to be rude, last night I tried for the first time Haggis , neeps , mash , oatmeal and whiskey sauce , gotta say it was nice , very nice ,

Have eaten Haggis on many occasions having spent some ten years of my life living in Scotland, if cooked and served properly it is delicious.
Dessert would have to be Clootie dumpling with lashings of custard.

Decades ago I worked in Corby for a while, used to see Haggis Curry on the menu of the pub we used. Never did try it, sadly.

Haggis is lovely stuff, as is black pudding @Rooster1 albeit apart from a rather dark colouring, theres not a whole lot of similarity between the two.

You don't need to go to Aberdeen, I had another excellent haggis, supplied by Cockburn's of Dingwall, in London a week or two ago as I left Euston on the Caledonian Sleeper.
Served with a fine range of whisky.
