How is it pronounced - Scone or Scone ?

Some people think that "Scon" is the local way, and "scone" is the posh way. However, many of my extended family speak with a very broad devonshire accent, and they all say scone.

Everyone knows that it's pronounced "skoon". As in Scone, the village in Perthshire and its famous artifact the Stoon of Skoon
