Would raising the bars slightly increase ride comfort a little - i'm still getting slight soreness in the back especially after long continuous climbs

( what i mean by this is my cycle home from pontypool to nantyglo is a long steady climb of 1000ft over 12.7miles and they are shortish sharp climbs then flat for a bit then climb again, the longest climb being approx 1/2 mile and thats when it seems to stiffen up).


But when i rise up and stretch the back it seems to ease a little
