Handlebar bag for Spesh Allez

Hello

Can anyone recommend a handlebar bag that will fit on a Specialized Allez?

Doesn't have to be top of the range, just something compact and good quality.

Does anyone have this Topeak bag? I was thinking of getting one.

That's funny, I just bought a bar bag for my Specialized Allez.

I got the one listed here, but for about £17 delivered on ebay. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=28323

Not used it yet but had a test fit and it seemed alright. It comes with different spacers for the handlebar clamp so that it does fit the oversize handlebar on the Allez.

I had a topeak bag on my specialized dolce elite (womens' bike), it was this one. http://www.tredz.co.uk/.Topeak-Barpack-Handlebar-bag_8855.htm
I'm presuming something like that would fit your's as the handlebars on womens bikes are probably narrower.

What is so special about this bike with respect of handlebars? Keep it light and small, and make it sit low and close to the headtube is the advise for decent handling. Traditional French touring bags with rack and decaleur such as by Gilles Berthoud are best at this. Shifter cables can be guided by some L tubes as per v brakes.

Got one of those Maz on my Secteur,I like it,fits very securely with the supplied quick release bracket.
It is only small though(2 litre) but enough for a few essentials.This gives you an idea of size when on bike,mine is tilted down quite a bit so that my lights are still usable.
