According to Facebook memories, I got my Brompton 8 years ago today.

I'd previously hired a pink and purple one from the Brompton hire scheme which was nicknamed Dora the explorer (by a colleague). So when I got this, it became Ben-10.

Wish it looked this clean now.

It was (and remains) the bike I had the most comments on.

Imagine a 16 Stone bloke riding a bike that looked like it was designed for a seven year old.

I assume they went with that colour combo to reduce the street resale value in case any scrote (or masked fox) decided to steal one
