Managed 25 miles today, and while my dodgy knee niggled a bit it hasn't become inflamed like it had been doing. Those thousands of one legged squats the physio made me do must have worked! Can't wait until next Sunday start to slowly build the mileage.

. You'll always be able to wangle a cake stop on any ride by asking to stop and rest your knee a bit.
