Happy Fathers Day..... are you getting spoilt?

I was out for a wee spin on my bike, and got home at lunchtime. My kids gave me AC/DC Live at Donnington DVD, so I shall be watching that later

I got a DVD, a Tshirt and three home-made cards.

Like the idea of putting paraffin in a cat though :0)

Not being a dad I didn't get a thing not even a lie in as I had to be up to do the sound for the 0930 service at Church.

I got a pair of slippers!

I got a box of Newberry Fruit jellies (my faves), a couple of Cycle Mags and letters from both my sons saying I'm the best dad ever <sniff>. I then had a nice 20 miler in the afternoon where I joined the family for some fun at a Kid's play place in Billericay. Lovely day 'cept the abuse I got on the roads just for being there.

I actually had to cancel my ride in the afternoon! the kids were going mental and hyper so I took them down the coastal path and let them run around and throw stones in the sea for a bit.

Then went into town for an ice cream and bought them some clothes for when we pack the kids off to spain for 2 weeks!

I got some cards from my 3 kids, a medal with best dad nice 30 mile bike ride and also Mark Cav new book which has had me cracking up over what he got up to as a kid in the accademy.
