What's it about? And are you sure about the best? Better then Wolf Hall?

The weak point for me was, since I live just round the corner, I kept having to google street view the locations, usually whilst crying out 'I've cycled past there' or 'That's not near there', thus annoying Mrs. Svendo (this is bad). This meant I missed bits and had to rewind or pause it both annoying Mrs. Svendo even more (this is BAD!).

oh dear... i wonder if it's going to be more or less disappointing than Broadchurch II, all subsequent seasons of 24 and Chocky's Challenge

Speaking as a massive Wolf Hall fan, yes.

What's it about? Watch & discover! You won't regret it. It's a British cop/crime drama of the 21st century, in no way second fiddle to the best of the Yanks' - The Wire, Breaking Bad et al. Sarah Lancashire puts in one of the best performances you'll ever see, and everything about the acting in general, the script, the direction, is right up there..

Well, we are now halfway through the second series of Happy Valley and I am quite enjoying it. It is still weird seeing the tale unfold on the streets and hills that I am so familiar with having spent half of my life living in the Calder Valley. I think both series depict the beauty of the area pretty well, and also the grimier side.

If you like what you see, come up and ride round here some time. If you want a guide, you know where to find me! :okay:
