Hard Lump on Heels

Since starting to cycle I now have a hard lump of skin on both heels.

Gross I know lol! Any ideas?

I can get them off with a bit of sandpaper but they come back again after a week or so.

Losing your feet wouldn't be convenient either

Try some cheap inner soles in your shoes. They are evidently rubbing. Get some foot moisturiser and apply after daily soaking in warm bath

If it doesn't get better, see your gp, that's free for now at least

My husband has had a hard lump on each heel for years. His chiropodist told him that it is just a build up of skin that grows to protect the area. There is nothing to worry about unless they cause you pain. If they cause you pain then you should see a chiropodist. My husband just moisturises his 'talons'

You didn't notice this just after losing a couple of Jelly Tot's did you?

Get the wife to lick the lumps (the ones on your feet), if they taste of lemon cancel the chiropodist!
