I returned my Mille bibs (as mentioned in 2nd link in the post above ^^^) and my replacement pair are on their way to me. The lady I spoke to at Assos sounded really really nice on the phone too!! (English with an Italian/American accent). They really could not have been more helpful. They didn't ask where I got the bibs from either and didn't ask to see a receipt.
I did buy them from an authorised dealer (Primera who, in complete honesty, didn't give a toss when I spoke with them and were, in total contrast to Assos, completely unhelpful)
