Has anyone heard of a Merlini Road Bike ?

Has anyone heard of a Merlini Road Bike ? I know of Merlin Road Bikes of course, but this is a Merlini. Frame looks very similar to a Bianchi Ducatti. I was offered a new ex-display complete Merlini Road Bike today for £150. What's the catch ?!? The shop doesn't normally sell Road Bikes, and they reckon this Merlini is a one-off, and they are having trouble in selling it. Therefore has anyone any info or experience of these Merlini Road Bikes ?
