Wouldn't you just plan your routes elsewhere and upload them to it as you would with a normal GPS device?

I think it is quite a neat idea but I'd like it to be a third of the size and a third of the price, then I think they'd have a winner.

I have various younger family members who tended to go on FB a lot. (In fact though, even a couple of them are giving up on it.)

Built in battery - on a quick look a certain lack of detail, just mindlessly follow the beam.

Looks snazzy (and so will doubtless attract some who like to show off "cool stuff") but I'll be sticking to my Etrex 20 with its free continuously updated maps.

I like the lock on feature. Otherwise Garmin 820 if much preferred.
