Has Boris said it's ok for motorbikes to use cyclelanes yet?

They're still wrangling in City Hall over whether he has the jurisdiction to allow PTWs in all bus lanes (not cycle lanes) as opposed to just some...

No, they are not allowed to but they do anyway, the standard of riding on motorcycles has gone down dangerously in recent years (mainly those dastardly Kawasaki pilots,).

a motorBike backed up for me to get by this morning - cheers for that

a POB rear ended me this morning as I was slowing - not cheers (but mild amusement)

I could have had a horrendous accident last night due to a POB but i suspect luck was on my side.Or my guardian angel was looking out for me.Actually that was a great example of an invisible cyclist.

What shocks me about this whole debacle is that the debate has centred around safety (based upon a handful of basic studies) when it should go far deeper than that. TO me, the key issue is perception of safety by cyclists and potential cyclists to whom bus lanes are a great asset. Allowing motorcyclists into them will just make it that little bit harder to persuade people to cycle therefore going against all strategic policy objectives to increase cycling levels in London.
